Design
1. Design Consultation
The process begins with our design team. During the initial consultation, we’ll meet with you in person, typically at your home. Together, we’ll walk the property to discuss design ideas, project size, and any site conditions that could influence the build. Our designers will also go over the different material options, outlining their pros and cons to help you make an informed decision. At this stage, we’ll gather the site measurements needed to kick off the design process.
3. Contract
If you decide to move forward with Infinity Decks, we’ll schedule a contract meeting with you and your designer. During this meeting, all material selections and colors will be documented in a detailed selection sheet. Once the contract is signed and a material deposit is provided, your project will be secured on our schedule.
2. Design Review
During the review process, you’ll receive a to-scale design accompanied by 3D renderings. Along with this, we’ll provide a comprehensive proposal that includes itemized costs for full transparency.
4. Permitting
Our design team will prepare all the structural plans and engineering documents needed to submit your permit application to the city building department. If your community requires HOA approval, we’ll also provide all the necessary documentation for your application.

Production
5. Material Order
Once the permit application is approved, Decks Elevated will obtain the building permit. The project is then handed over to our production team. Each week, we hold an in-house production meeting with our design and production staff to review all ongoing and upcoming project details. At this stage, materials will be ordered for your upcoming build.
7. Work in Progress
Your project manager will accompany you throughout the entire construction process, providing support at every stage. This includes regular site visits progress updates. Additionally, the project manager is responsible for coordinating all building inspections.
6. Preliminary Construction Consultation
Your project manager will reach out to you before the project begins to confirm that there have been no changes since the contract was signed. They will also provide you with the production schedule, timelines, and expected completion date.
8. Final Walk Through, Punch List
Once the job is complete, a final walkthrough will be arranged with you and your project manager. During this walkthrough, we will the entire project together and identify any potential punch list items that need attention. A final invoice will be provided, and your project manager will then conclude project.

Single picture frame decks are our standard and provide an opportunity to add style with a secondary color to make the deck really pop.

Stair Options

Diamond Piers
The Diamond Pier utilizes proven spread pile technology, leveraging the strength of a precast head to secure four weight-bearing galvanized steel pins. These pins distribute the load over a larger area of undisturbed soil compared conventional concrete footings.

Helical Piers
These foundations, known as helical piers or screw piles, are installed with precision using specialized machinery. They are expertly rotated into the ground to a specific torque and depth, ensuring they meet the bearing load requirements of your structure. Helical piers offer unparalleled stability and durability, backed by a 10-year warranty against frost heave, making them the superior choice for long-lasting, worry-free support.

Framing Options

ACQ Treated Lumber
ACQ (Alkaline Copper Quaternary) treated lumber is a cost-effective and widely used option for deck framing. While it offers basic protection against rot and insects, it’s important to note that today’s natural lumber is not the slow-growth, dense wood that many are accustomed to. Modern lumber is more prone to warping and bowing, making it a reliable yet cost effective option.
Estimated lifespan: 15-25 years

PWT Treated lvl
PWT (Pressure-Treated Laminated Veneer Lumber) is a step up in performance and durability. Engineered for strength and consistency, it resists warping and twisting, producing the flattest and strongest natural product on the market. Its treatment ensures long-term protection against decay, making it a more stable and reliable option for deck framing while offering a unmatched 25 year deck frame warranty!
Estimated Lifespan: 25-30+ Years

Steel
Steel framing represents the pinnacle of deck framing options. It is incredibly strong, durable, and resistant to rot, insects, and environmental wear. Steel offers unmatched longevity with minimal maintenance and provides a sleek, modern aesthetic. It's the ideal choice for those seeking the ultimate in performance and peace of mind.

Stair Options

Open Facia Stairs
Open tread stairs are a modern and visually striking staircase design characterized by the absence of vertical risers between each step. This design creates a sense of openness and allows light to pass through, making them an excellent choice for spaces where maximizing light and creating an airy feel are priorities.

Closed facia stairs
Closed fascia deck stairs feature solid risers and side fascia boards that fully enclose the structure, creating a clean, polished look. This design conceals gaps between steps and sides, offering a seamless, finished appearance that enhances the deck's aesthetic.
